All about flexible macroelectronics
In this new blog, Dr. Teng Li talks about flexible electronics, an active area of research in which he has just completed a doctoral thesis at Harvard University. He will join the faculty of the University of Maryland this Fall.

Zhigang, thank you very much for the nice introduction to the macroelectronics website.
Here are some of my thinkings about this website:
-Current focus: track latest technological progress and ongoing scientific research on flexible macroelectronics, become an information aggregator and knowledge repository of this emerging technology;
-Long term goal: become a web portal of flexible macroelectronics and serve as a platform to exchange information among interested people;
-Hopefully, this portal can stimulate interactions and collaborations between industry and academia, facilitate the development of the flexible macroelectronics technology.
For the time being the website will be in a blog form. When regular users of this website form and more interactions are desirable, the website will migrate to a Content Management System (CMS).
